This application, developed by Eniter, allows the use of low-power laser technology to mark the interior layer of the packaging. The technique consists in the preparation of the inner layer with a white ink coating that reacts and becomes black only when the laser penetrates the first layer, which remains unaffected.
This way, it is possible to print the necessary data (codes, batch numbers or expiry dates) in a totally safe way: the information remains unaltered.
The marked data remain unaltered because they are printed on the inner layer of the packaging.
The printing has an excellent quality and precision in the whole surface of the image.
We can use the conventional machinery and work at high speeds.
The information printed is resistant, even in moist environments or oily surfaces.
