The “LÍNEA DE PRODUCTOS COMPOSTABLES” project has been funded by CDTI—file number IDI-20200286—and co-founded by the European Regional Development Fund (FEDER) through the multi-regional operative program of intelligent growth 2014-2020, for an execution period between 06/06/2019 and 30/11/2020.
The purpose of this project is the study and development for the design of a new compostable packaging line for food as a way to achieving a reduction of the environmental impact, introducing paper-based packaging combined with polymers to develop a bio-degradable and compostable product line—on certain cases also recyclable—in accordance with the UNE-EN 13423 standard (known as eniBIO), mainly obtained from renewable sources.
The scope of the project has obtained the validations of the obtained prototypes and their associated, proven and validated processes in a real environment for their subsequent reproduction and commercialization in the markets.
The project “IMPLANTACION DE NUEVAS TECNOLOGIAS ENCAMINADAS A LA DIGITALIZACION DE LA EMPRESA”, has been funded by IVACE with an amount of €4,095 through the DIGITALIZA-CV 2018 program, with file number IMIDIGA/2018/85 and co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
The purpose of this program is the implementation of an artificial vision system to the lamination process for error detection during the productive process. This outcome allows us to have an static visualization of the process that, given its speed, would be impossible through the continuous visual inspection that would allow the identification of the real-time produced defects. Subsequently, the project has provided a greater quality in the lamination process, involving the increase of the competitivity of our products.
